- Frame and hang "thank you" letters from clients.
- Offer flexible hours (recognizes that you trust them).
- Highlight employee accomplishments in your newsletter.
- Give a pack of Lifesavers. "Thanks for your help. You were a Lifesaver,"
(corny, but effective!).
- Introduce employees to important visitors.
- Hand out "Caught in the Act" cards to recognize good work.
- Send an email thanking the employee, cc everyone.
- Give a "We're lucky to have you," lottery scratcher.
